A managed x402 payment orchestrator on AWS that handles the full 402 lifecycle (x402 v1 and v2) for agents via a ProcessPayment API. Reached general availability on 2026-08-18 (previously preview), adding support for the Machine Payment Protocol (MPP) alongside x402. Infrastructure rail that powers pay-per-call marketplaces, not itself a storefront.
