Causality-Inspired Semantic Packet Scheduling

Inter-agent messages are decomposed into semantic packets (evidence, requests, and similar units), each packet's predicted contribution to a downstream decision is estimated via causality-inspired replay valuation, and only packets whose predicted value exceeds their transmission cost are forwarded, subject to bandwidth, latency, deadline, and receiver-context constraints.

whyMultiAgent: Packet scheduling is only meaningful across a genuine sender-receiver relationship between separately specialised agents, a single agent generates no application-layer traffic to prune. The causal replay valuation is computed over the actual downstream effect one agent's packet has on a different agent's decision, which requires two distinct processes actually exchanging messages. Distinct from the already-tracked dynamic-topology-routing (which decides who talks to whom) and concurrent-shared-state (which resolves write conflicts on a shared artifact): this pattern instead decides what content is worth transmitting once the graph edge already exists.
